We operate an outsourced IT service company geared for small to medium sized companies in Los Angeles. We are in need of an IT Engineer to work with our customers, both at our Help Desk and on-site.
 

 
Candidate should be familiar and comfortable with the following:
 

 
Requirements:

- Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Products
 
- Emphasis on Windows XP Professional/Windows 7 Professional, Office 2003/2007/2010: Especially Outlook configuration
 

 
Additional Skill sets desired but not required:
 
- Microsoft or other certification program
 
- Comfortable with Microsoft Windows Server Environment, active directory experience A PLUS
 
- Microsoft Exchange administration A PLUS
 
- Installation and configuration of Routers (ie Sonicwall, Cisco, Juniper, etc.)(wireless), Firewalls and Backup Solutions
 
- Macintosh OS X configuration and implementation
