Our proprietary database, search techniques, database tools, and partnering with our Branch Executives will give you access to thousands of active and passive candidates to help you identify and recruit for top talent across the country in the Banking and Lending Markets.

We have a need for a JR. Recruiter and also a Sr. Recruiter in our Irvine office.

Base Salary + Bonus+ commissions + full benefits package +PTO 17 days all paid major holidays and a 401K with a match are what Prospect offers.

We have a business casual dress policy.
Everything is done in house, no chasing people on the road like most recruiters or knocking on doors.

Summary of Responsibilities:

As a recruiter you are responsible for placing qualified candidates in one of our structured territories across the US. This entails the following:
