Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• May be involved in researching, developing, and implementing on-site, in house website and service hardware utilized in such.

• May be involved in research and implementation of current and future services such as: Internet, web browsers, E-mail, website security, and integration of current in-house systems and databases.

• Supports computer users, answering general application and operating system questions, installing new systems and troubleshooting general and complex operation problems. Research and find solutions to problems. Conducts training sessions as needed.

• May assist in maintenance of new and existing FileMaker Pro databases.

• May be involved in special projects, as assigned, that may involve coordination with outside contractors and or other projects as assigned.

• Good organizational skills, multitasking and time management. Proactively seeing tasks need to be done to meet deadlines.

This is an entry-level position for someone with a degree in Computer Science or Information Management or related technical schooling, or equivalent experience. Teamwork and collaborative work style a must. Excellent time management skills, strong critical thinking skills, good judgment and organizational abilities, and excellent business communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) required. Ability to work independently, as well as work professionally with Executive Management, company staff and outside consultants.

Familiarity with PHP, HTML, Photoshop, Javascript, JQuery, MySQL, CSS, XML, Ajax, MAMP and Aptana/CVS a plus. Knowledge and experience with FileMaker Pro databases are also helpful. We are ready to train the right person to do the job.
