Fast, hard-working lead line cook with a great attitude needed for Culver City Cafe serving breakfast and lunch, Monday through Friday.
Candidates must have a minimum two years experience as kitchen lead, supervisor or manager, maintaining quality control and implementing standards set by the owner.
Duties include: Inventory, Ordering, Food Prep, Menu Writing (Daily Specials and Soups), Cleaning, Organizing, cooking on the line, and overseeing three employees. Employee must work safely, quickly, and cleanly. Attention to detail, discipline, food knowledge and sanitation standards are a must. Food handlers certification required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Compensation: $11.75 an hour, plus tips
