Job Description:
Assist in the design, delivery & evaluation of training & leadership development programs & solutions based on business needs. Develop & implement practices for the use of employee assessment tools, including processes for communicating & using the results from such tools. Assists in administering the Company’s performance appraisal system.

Job Requirements:
2-5 years of facilitation and learning design experience.
MUST speak both Mandarin and English.
Skilled in Microsoft office applications.
