What we need…
 
We need an individual who is motivated to work, has excellent organizational skills, an outgoing personality, sales experience, and one who can multi-task. Qualified candidates must have proficient computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, strong communication skills, possess excellent customer service skills, and one year of direct sales or apartment industry experience. Must be able to work weekends.
 

 
About the job…
 
As our Resident Services Specialist you will be responsible for customer service, resident retention, leasing apartments, completing leasing paperwork, answering phones, conducting market surveys, and taking maintenance requests.
