Los Angeles Property Management Company seeks for immediate hire Leasing Consultants for UCLA area properties. Applicants must have minimum 5 years extensive sales or leasing experience. Must work well with student market; must be energetic, with strong customer service and administrative skills; professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities include:

* Answering leasing inquiries/securing appointments
* Giving property tours
* Generating traffic reports
* Closing & processing rental applications
* Preparing resident lease files
* Assist with move-in coordination

Full time. Hours are 9:00am to 6pm. Weekends required. Medical/dental benefits and commissions offered. MANDATORY DRUG AND BACKGROUND CHECKS CONDUCTED. Submit resume and salary history.
