Law Firm seeks experienced BILINGUAL (Spanish) Legal Assistant / Case Manager for its PERSONAL INJURY and EMPLOYMENT LAW Practice. The ideal candidate will have a two (2) or more years of experience in Personal Injury claims processing and MUST be able to handle a personal injury case from A-Z. Looking for candidates who are extremely organized, professional and hard working.

Job Duties Include but are not Limited to:
 

 
- Handling Potential Client Intake phone calls
 
- Interaction with Clients
 
- Maintaining litigation Calendar
 
- Filing and Updating Case Files
 
- Copying and Scanning Files
 
- Processing Property Damage Claims
 
- Requesting Medical Records / Bills and Traffic Collision Reports
 
- Organizing Medical Appointments, Vehicle Repair, Car Rental for Clients
 
- Preparing Demand Packages
 
- Negotiating Bodily Injury Claims
 
- Preparation of Discovery and Discovery Responses
 
- Preparation of Initial Pleadings
 

 
Required Skills
 

 
- 2 Years Past Experience Minimum
 
- Bilingual Spanish / English
 
- Proficiency in MS-Office Suite Applications
 
- Type 40 WPM
 

 
Preferred Skills
 

 
- Proficiency in Abacus Law
 
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Accounting
 
- Familiarity with Code of Civil Procedure and Local Rules
 
- Familiarity with Employment Law Litigation
 
- Familiarity with Personal Injury Law Litigation
