A collection agency is looking for experienced collector for its legal division. The ideal candidate should:
• Possess legal collections experience;
• Possess excellent telephone demeanor;
• Be able to sustain a high call volume;
• Be familiar with skip tracing;
• Possess good computer skills;
• Possess good mathematical skills;
• Be self-motivated, a quick thinker and a self starter;
• Possess effective negotiation and communication skills;
• Be able to multi-task and work in a high paced atmosphere;
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales is a plus.
