*Experience in mortgage processing, can process loans independently
 
*Strong knowledge and competence with point system, DU, and LP
 
*Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
 

 
Escrow Coordinator
 
*Escrow coordinator should have some escrow and/or real estate experience
 
*This position will encompass the traditional escrow/closing coordinator duties from acceptance to closing
 
*Real estate license is not required
 
*Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred
