Must have applicable electrical and construction experience/skills.
Must have experience with computer networking, specifically installation of IP cameras.
Must own Windows based laptop (w/ serial port or USB-serial adapter) and be familiar with basic OS operations and networking, incl. wi-fi.
Must have own transportation (w/ insurance) and applicable construction and installation materials/tools.
Must be available M-F, 7am-5pm.
Must be physically capable of climbing ladders and installing surveillance equipment at heights using safety harness.
Must know how to install a junction box w/ 110v electrical and run all wiring to individual components when applicable.
Must be creative and competent with a drill, screwdriver and woodworking.
Must be able to follow instructions to a T.
Must be patient, and customer service oriented.
Must carefully maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer, project and contracting company.
Must not solicit clients for add’l side work or self-promote, as you will be working as a representative of another firm.
Failure to perform and follow or meet these guidelines will result in immediate termination.
Payment terms and follow-on projects will be awarded, subject to experience and commensurate with results/outcomes of initial trial project.
Installation experience and familiarity with misc. CCTV, security systems, surveillance cameras and IP video camera equipment such as network DVRs and digital cameras expected.
