Responsibilities and Qualifications:

. Follow-up on provided leads for new property management contracts to lease and manage their home.
. Go on appointments to advise owners on how to quickly lease their homes.
. Show properties to prospective tenants and review credit applications.
. Complete lease agreement and misc contracts.
. Actively market and post your listings using our marketing system.
. Conduct semi-annual property inspections and post 3-day notices.
. Must have a current CA DRE License.
. Self-driven with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
. Excellent communication and time management skills.
. Computer saavy w home office setup (computer, fax, scanner, iPhone, etc)

* Training and full mentorship provided. We’re seeking dedicated and committed sales professionals.

This is a full-time and 1099 commission only position. Our leasing agents typically earn between $3-6K a month in their first year, and can expect it to double in second year.
