Lucky Strike Lanes and Lounge is the nation’s premier destination for dining, lounging and bowling. Opening our first location in 2003, Lucky Strike Hollywood – an upscale bowling lounge with gourmet food, plush seating, and signature cocktails, was an immediate and overwhelming hit.

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team located in our Home Office in Sherman Oaks, CA and servicing multiple nationwide venues and Canada locations. This self-starter will report to the Manager of Human Resources and possess a high level of professionalism and willingness to take ownership of their position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Work with hiring managers to indentify recruitment needs
• Build relationships with hiring managers
• Maintain proactive communication with the hiring managers regarding recruitment status
• Develop and manage all job postings through internet resources; job boards, social media and professional organizations
• Manage candidate responses
• Reviewing resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Pre-screen and interview candidates for home office positions
• Forwarding resumes to the appropriate hiring manager
• Develop, maintain college campus communication related to internship and recruitment programs
• Conduct reference checks
• Coordinate travel for candidates when necessary
• Miscellaneous HR duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF:
• Computers (Microsoft Windows environment: spreadsheets, databases, word processing)

2. SKILL IN:
• Organizing and handling multiple tasks, high volumes, and adhering to deadlines
• Excellent follow-up skills and communicate with hiring managers on a regular basis

3. JOB REQUIRMENTS:
• 2 years of Recruiting experience; HR experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
