Maintenance Technician

Starpoint Properties, a successful real estate investment and management company with buildings across Los Angeles, is looking to hire a roving MaintenanceTechnician.

The Position

eporting to the community manager the maintenance technician has a key & vital role in the success of the property and in resident satisfaction.

The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair physical structures, hardwarde & appliances, turn units, maintain supplies & supply room, & oversees the work of vendors at the property.

Also ensures grounds, facilities and rent-ready vacant units are in good condition. Responds to residents work orders & other requests in a timely fashion keeping in mind cleanliness, professionalism, and resident satisfaction.

The Requirements

Two years of experience in plumbing, electrical, painting (touch up), heating & cooling systems, having worked as a facilities maintenance or handy man.

Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and short correspondence in English

As a roving maintenanc technician the candidate must have a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and a truck or a reliable automobile

Starting pay is $12-$13/hour.
