The Kabbalah Centre of Los Angeles is looking for a full time Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor to work at our Robertson Blvd location. This position will manage all maintenance and cleaning for facilities in Los Angeles including private residences.

This Role will:

• Track repair orders from facilities and residences
• Schedule maintenance repairs and give daily assignments to maintenance staff
• Order all housekeeping and maintenance supplies
• Schedule auto repairs
• Maintain water delivery schedule

Ideal candidates will possess all of the following skills, knowledge and abilities:

• Experience managing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance work
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Office
• Ability to effectively delegate
• Must work well under pressure and have a “can do” attitude
• Must be able to adapt and work well with change
• Must give excellent customer service
