We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager. It is a growing franchise with alot of potential for you to grow with the company. You’ll be managing the shifts as well as taking care of the daily activities.
You must be neat, clean in appearance
No facial piercings or large gauges
No visual showing tattoos.
Clean background.
Prior fast food background a must!

Summary of Essential Duties
• Plan, schedule, lead and direct restaurant operations.
• Achieve budget targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Create an environment of outstanding guest service every day.
• Provide timely communication with team members, operations and the support center.
• Execute in-store and local marketing and support national marketing efforts to proactively increase sales and revenue.
• Coach team members and lead to ensure flawless shift execution.
• Develop and maintain a positive learning environment and supportive training culture.
• Implement restaurant safety and maintenance programs to comply with Sandella’s standards.
• Manage food, supply and merchandise inventories consistent with budget guidelines.
• Control daily labor schedule.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels through team member recruitment and selection.
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures as outlined in the Cash Handling Policy.
• Participate in the community to enhance the image, marketing and philanthropy of Sandella’s.
• Demonstrate fair and equal understanding and inclusion of the diversity of team members’ backgrounds, cultures and points of view.
• Evaluate Team Members and Management Team performance per Sandella’s requirements.
• Comply with ServSafe™ practices with regard to personal cleanliness and food handling.
Qualifications and Experience
• 2-3 years general management experience in a quick-service/fast casual restaurant operation.
• Food handlers certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

$30,000 annual salary plus bonus. Based on average work week of 45 hours
