Management Staff (Lakewood/Long Beach)

We are looking for a strong Manager, Assistant Manager, and Leasing Agents to run a 350+unit residential property in the Lakewood/Long Beach area.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
Collect deposits and monthly rent from tenants.
Maintain courteous and professional relationships with tenants.
Conduct daily walk-throughs of the entire property.
Enforce all building rules and regulations.
Greet prospective residents and provide information on apartment inquiries.
Show vacant units and tour the property.
Handle tenant requests.
Complete leasing/administrative paperwork.
Manage tenant/noise, resolve disputes or any other applicable problems.
Post ads for vacant apartments and keep track of market activity.
Order and oversee rent ready repairs and maintenance issues.
Complete monthly/quarterly financial reporting.Minimum two years experience required.
Skills Required:
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Excellent at both phone and in-person sales.
Flexible and collaborative.
Extreme attention to detail.
Strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and hard-working.Computer skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
