International Retailer seeks Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers for their NYC Stores. Will train overseas and then work in NYC till stores open in LA.

YOU MUST HAVE A BACHELOR’S YEAR DEGREE AND AT LEAST 2 YEARS FULL-TIME APPAREL RETAIL EXPERIENCE. (NO EXCEPTIONS) FASHION FORWARD COMPANY EXPERIENCE NOT MASS MARKET RETAIL.

Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of floor management. They are responsible to proactively manage the business and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, no exception and min of 3 years in a retail mgt role(mgr, asst. mgr or keyholder)

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruits and interviews as necessary to ensure staffing levels are met.
• Motivates the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensures effective communication among team members.
• Ensures high standards of Visual Merchandising
• Strong communication skills
• Has a positive and professional attitude, is flexible and adaptable
• Ability to prioritize tasks and react to changing priorities
