Marketing Assistant
The Signature Marketing Services team continues to grow, and the Marketing Assistant position is a wonderful opportunity to learn about and participate in all aspects of Signature’s marketing strategy, which includes a robust collection of publications, direct mail campaigns, email marketing campaigns, destination and supplier specific microsites, and more.
Day to day responsibilities range from product development and formatting, reviewing and editing marketing materials, and serving as liaison to Signature’s preferred advertising agency, data management company, mail house and other service providers. You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with Signature’s travel agency members, assisting them with placing orders and customizing the marketing materials. Plus you’ll work directly with Signature’s tour and cruise supplier partners to ensure the accuracy of all advertised products.
It’s a big job, but never boring. If you’re somebody who likes to have more work than you can complete in a given day, and yearn for a job in which time flies, this is the right position for you. You’ll be a vital member of a small, yet incredibly productive team.
Qualifications for this position:
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
• Some knowledge of HTML and photo editing software a plus
• Some knowledge of webinar software such as Webex or GoToMeeting a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Solid oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Able to work well with little direct supervision
