Position: Community Relations/Admissions

Description: We are looking for a fun, energetic person with great people skills. This position involves a lot of time in the local medical community promoting our facility and the services we offer (we are a highly rated facility with a great reputation). People who are great at quickly making friends and building strong relationships will do great in this position. We are looking for someone who will represent our facility well. There is a strong preference for someone with experience in this type of work, but we will consider training someone without experience if they excel in the other qualifications– outgoing, great people skills, responsible, organized, driven and very presentable in both appearance and personality. Strong preference given to persons with these qualifications, who also have a nursing license (LVN or RN).
Strong organizational and computer skills are also very essential. This position involves planning and coordinating events sporadically throughout the year as well as overseeing the entire admission process. Candidates must be very proficient in Word, Excel, and have basic skills in and a great eye for graphic design as well.

This job requires someone with high energy and the ability to perform under pressure. This is a performance based position and can be very stressful at times, but very rewarding for those who are successful. The compensation has a base pay along with a performance based bonus structure and overall the pay is very competitive.
