Consulting Engineering Firm offers an outstanding opportunity for a person to function as a Marketing Assistant to a Principal in the firm. You will be marketing Professional Services, not a product.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with graphics (Photoshop, Adobe), word processing (MSWord, Wordperfect) and spreadsheet software

Additional Helpful Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the Architectural/Engineering Community in the Los Angeles Area
• Sales/marketing experience
• College Degree
• Research experience using the Internet

Duties:
• Business Development calls to Architectural firms and Owners
• Respond to RFQs (Request for Qualifications)
• Prepare SOQs (Statement of Qualifications)
• Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal)
• Create teams and get on teams to pursue work with other professionals
• Provide backup support to general clerical staff

The Marketing Assistant will play a key role supporting a Principal in charge of Marketing. This position is very visible and has excellent growth opportunities for the right person.
