Atari, a global publisher and developer of interactive games is seeking Producers for Mobile Games. The Mobile Games Producer will responsible for evaluating, developing and managing mobile game development projects concurrently from inception to market release. This position will be responsible to ensure that project goals are met including: testing, quality, timeliness, and budget. This position will work with external developers/studios worldwide to make certain all contractual requirements are met in each milestone delivered, as well as validate and authorize milestone payments to third parties and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with external development studios to set, assign, manage and complete design, production, QA, and testing tasks.
• Communicate creative feedback, bugs, and schedule expectations to external development studios.
• Create specifications and documents that communicate project vision, short and long term goals, budget, and schedule to development teams, and regularly communicate project status to management.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure projects are being developed on time, on budget, and at an acceptable level of quality.
• Coordinate all efforts with brand management, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Ensure that all projects are achieving quality and fun goals while actively managing the schedule and development milestone deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day development issues; identify problems in advance and drive creative solutions.
• Facilitate communication across the project team; clearly communicate tasks and responsibilities to staff.

Minimal Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills, with experience communicating both creative and technical feedback.
• Shipped at least 3 notable mobile titles as Lead Producer from start to finish.
• Experience driving creative vision and managing design on shipped mobile titles.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Broad knowledge of games and the games industry.
• A passion for playing games from multiple genres.
• Knowledge of the submission process for mobile platform.
• Have knowledge of the competitive and industry landscape
• Bachelor’s Degree
