Looking for someone very experienced and there will be a lot of creative control for the chef.

Min 2 years Exec or CDC experience at a Nationally recognized fine dining restaurant. Would consider VERY strong Sous Chefs. Mastery in French cooking
technique required.

Tremendous opportunity for exposure for the chef as this new chef will be highly promoted.

Compensation is up to 115k inc. bonus.
