Need a rockstar assistant – Part Time (Pacific Palisades)

  • Entertainment oriented business mostly (music and film) seeks part time assistant. Must have excellent competence and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Quicken/Quickbooks. Must also have an ebullient personality, sense of humor, excellent organizational skills, excellent command of the English language, and the ability to seriously proof read contracts and correspondence. Also need someone who can elegantly deal with clients, and who can efficiently book travel arrangements. We’re a mostly Mac based office, so Mac skills a must. PLEASE don’t apply if you really don’t have the skills referenced in here so we don’t waste each other’s time. For now, I’m thinking one or two days a week (it will vary), but I’m flexible. Also, there are usually one or more dogs around, so if you’re allergic to pets or afraid of them, this isn’t for you.
