We are looking for a Network Engineer to perform a broad variety of technical engineering and project support for the maintenance, monitoring and management of the company’s network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will help establish standards, policies, and procedures, and works with contractors and vendors to ensure the integrity and security of the network. The position will be responsible for the resolution of day-to-day network issues as well as development of documents and diagrams in addition to working with Sr. members of the Networking Team to validate network designs and configurations.

Required Experience:
* CCNP preferred but experienced CCNA’s are encouraged.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with TCP/IP, IOS, switches and routers (HP and Cisco), communications protocols, security devices, and firewalls (PIX and ASA).
* Knowledge of the Ethernet Switching (STP), IP, IP assignment (subnets and supernets), IP routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS), VPN and IPSEC tunneling, and QoS.
* Broad understanding of all aspects of LAN and WAN operation, load balancing, routing, topology, QoS, Multicast, network protocols, and Wide Area Network
technologies; T1/T3, ATM, Frame Relay, SONET, etc.
* Experience in network monitoring, analysis, and configuration and management tools.
* Experience with Windows 2000/XP/ Vista administration and networking configuration.
* Understanding of current technologies and ability to evaluate emerging technologies (VoIP, Unified Communications, and wireless (802.11a&g)).
* Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, and work effectively as a team player.
* Executes all job responsibilities and assignments promptly, reliably, honestly, and ethically.
* Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
