Law firm in Glendale is in need of a network/helpdesk analyst. You will be providing end-user support to legal professionals.

Requirements:
Works in concert with members of the external IT Department to troubleshoot more complex user/network/server technical problems.

Experience dealing with Client Workstations and printers (troubleshooting and repair) in a Citrix Environment.
Recognition of and commitment to the concept of Information Technology as a customer service function is a must.
Handle all first level support, training and guidance on the firm’s network and other subsidiary systems (Printers, VOIP phones, Cell phones, etc).
Troubleshoot and resolve all problems for core firm software and hardware.
Advanced document troubleshooting and forensics with Word including knowledge of how
these applications are used in a law firm (use of headers and footers, footnotes, tables,
tables of content and tables of authorities, track changes, redlining and document
comparison);
Support remote users in our other offices and remote sites, physically located in Glendale with occasional presence required in Century City office as well;

Solid experience with support and management of mobile devices, especially iPhone/Ipad
and Blackberry devices; Knowledge of legal software is desirable, particularly:
MS Office 2010 Suite; Windows 7 and rights management; Prolaw; OpenText DM; Citrix; Xenapp 6.5; Document Assembly software, specifically Macropro (Crowther) Macros; WorkSite: FileSite (8.5/9.x) in a matter-centric implementation; Citrix and VPN remote access.
Recent IT college grads with phenomenal skills and less experience are acceptable as well as people with at least 3 years of experience in client based environments using products like citrix and Microsoft office suite with very strong applications skills and a cursory appreciation of netowrks.server environments.
