New Spanish/Basque region restaurant seeks talented front and back of the house staff. We are a brand new concept in Old Town Pasadena focused on quality, cookery, and hospitality. Please read this post carefully before applying

Kitchen:

-Must possess impeccable knife skills (a knife skills test will be administered upon second interview)
-Must be responsible, ethical and respectful
-Must be a team player
-Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English
-Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience (culinary school, staffing companies and catering is not the experience we are looking for)
-Must have the desire to grow in the food industry
-Must be Serv Safe certified
-Must have a passion for food and hospitality

FOH Staff:

-Must be responsible, ethical and respectful
-Must be a team player
-Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently in English
-Must have at least two years of restaurant service experience (catering, management and staffing company experience is not what we are looking for)
-Must be Serv Safe certified or in the process of being certified
-Must be a team player
-Must be knowledgeable about food, wine and hospitality
-A wine test will be administered for all foh staff before hire
