Fast paced advertising company is looking for experienced sales and well-rounded assistant to add to our Beauty Development team. We currently promote many of LA’s Top Tier salons, spas, medi-spas, doctors and dentist.

We are looking for someone who is both organized, outgoing, someone who is great handling office odds and ends as well as promotional sales. Highly motivated; detail oriented and has excellent persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, highly motivated & a self-starter. Able to strike up a conversation with anyone, experience in promotional outside sales it a plus. Must live locally in Los Angeles and have transportation, Promotions are based on performance. We will train the right candidate!!!

Responsibilities Include:
- Sourcing and management of potential leads using multiple sources including online.
- Sourcing, Researching and closing merchant deals via the telephone.
- Facilitating the client documentation in conjunction with the production team.
- Assisting staff with office duties
- Market strategies
- Biz to Biz sales
- Enjoys talking to people

Requirements:
✓ Great communication and phone presentation skills.
✓ Ability to close.
✓ Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals
✓ Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus, productivity and meeting deadlines.
✓ Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
✓ Good knowledge of the internet as a tool and interest in social media
