Responsibilities will include:
• Manage financial data with QuickBooks software.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.
• Tracking & processing of invoices for payment.
• Ability to prepare letters & correspondence effectively; editing changes to ensure completeness & accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of Request’s for Proposals
• Professional phone skills at a senior level; both with clients & internally
• Ability to train & lead other administrative staff
• Handling the calendar of meetings for the managing principle
