We are looking to hire experienced, bilingual On-Site Recruiters and Managers with a strong track record for our client in Santa Fe Springs. We will have 3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE.

Job Summary

As a part of our Managed Staffing team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by utilizing proactive recruiting techniques, sourcing and screening talent to fill immediate openings. Using exemplary customer service, the Managed Staffing team will strengthen relationships with our client and candidates to understand their staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Oversee temporary workforce at client site
Assist in staffing and filling open warehouse positions
May be required to source applicants and complete the interview process including assessments and references.
Maintain daily communication with client and candidates to maintain relationships and build knowledge of needs and opportunities.
This is a hands-on position, working inside a warehouse and spending a lot of the day out on the warehouse floor communicating with supervisors and temporary employees.

Requirements

Must be fluent, bilingual Spanish
Previous staffing or human resources experience a plus
Previous On-Site experience, preferably in a distribution or warehouse environment
Light Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment a plus
High school diploma and minimum 5 years of fulltime work
History of success: Individual and Team
Experience working in a warehouse environment
