ScanDigital is looking for a motivated, self-starter with a broad skill set and the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
 

 
The Operations Administrator will perform the following responsibilities:
 

 
• Plan, direct, or coordinate various of aspects of daily operations.
 
• Manage order workflow and ensure orders are being processed in a timely manner.
 
• Provide an outstanding customers service and serve as a support to the operational side of the business.
 
• The Operations Administrator will oversee any problematic orders that may incur in the future.
 
• Report and coordinate directly with the Head of Operations.
 
• Answer phone calls made by customers in order to coordinate the processing of complex orders.
 
• Serve as a backup for all operational roles and assist in the management of certain aspects of the operations.
 
• Show a strong inclination to be a leader with excellent communications skills and effective customer relations.
 
• Upon completion of training, direct involvement in the training process of the new applicants.
 

 
Required Skills:
 

 
• The candidate must have prior business experience.
 
• Some college required and a 4-Year degree preferred.
 
• The successful candidate will have outstanding initiative and a strong work ethic.
 
• Ability to analyze operational situations and data.
 
• The candidate must have excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
 
• The candidate must be detail-oriented, have the resolve to research problems and offer solutions.
 
• The candidate will be organized and able to manage multiple projects with differing priorities to meet deadlines.
 
• The candidate will be team-oriented and must possess strong integrity and professionalism.
 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
• Advanced skills in using the internet and email.
 

 
Hiring and On-boarding Process:
 

 
Please send your resume and cover letter to jobs@scandigital.com to be considered for this position. A handful of candidates will be selected for a preliminary interview. Those candidates that demonstrate they are a good fit during the preliminary interview will be invited for a second round interview and asked to spend 4 hours on site with our head of operations to gain a better understanding of the day to day responsibilities. The candidate that is selected for the job will go through a 5-week training program. During the 5 week training program the candidate will be compensated $16 per hour. Upon completion of the training program, the candidate will become a fully employed, salaried member of the team.

How ScanDigital Works
 

 
ScanDigital makes preserving your precious photos and home movies easy. Simply place your order online and ship them to us with a UPS label generated on our site. Everything is secure and fully trackable with ScanDigital’s EssentialTracker System. For photos, we will scan and optimize them with editing software to crop, color correct, and remove red eyes. Your pictures are uploaded to your own custom online gallery where you can share them with your loved ones and can order reprints and other print products.
