Aftermarket automotive parts distributor in North Hollywood is now hiring Order Desk personnel. We are seeking a counter sales associate who is familiar with automotive body and cooling parts.
Job responsibilities include:- Taking phone and walk-in orders
- Helping customers with parts information
- Coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Working with outside sales staff to increase sales
- Handling office-related administrative tasksJob requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone and telephone communication skills
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Minimum one year experience in sales or customer service
