    Our growth has created an exciting new position at the restaurant level- Panda
    Ambassador. The Panda Ambassador will be an integral key member of the
    Operations and Marketing team by impacting the Panda Guest Experience, Sales &
    Profit. The Panda Ambassador will contribute as an in-store and out of store
    brand loyalty builder.
     
    This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further their growth and
    development in Operations or Marketing.

    Panda Ambassador Key Success Factors:
    - Improve the Guest experience within the restaurant, and increase Brand
    awareness as well as community goodwill outside the restaurant.
    - Improve sales and profits by being the Restaurant’s “Guest Champion”
     
    Panda Ambassador Key Responsibilities:
    - Partner with the Restaurant Leaders and Field Marketing Manager to create
    a Local Store Marketing (LSM) plan based on specific trade area to build sales
    and transactions.  Coordinate local store marketing programs
    - Partner with the Guest Relations Department to provide feedback and training
    for operational improvements
    - Coach Restaurant Leaders and Associates on best practices for delivering
    exceptional dining experiences

    - Ensure excellent in-store Guest experiences by focusing on the following:

    - Table Touches – greet Guests and provide above and beyond service
    - Event executions-such as community sampling
    - Catering fulfillment, tracking and follow-up-responsible for entire catering
    process
    - In store promotions-such as Manager Specials, Kid’s Nights
    - Store décor, signage and display area
    - Guest Service Program (GSP) performance-Monitor store’s guest comments and GSP
    performance

    Build relationships within the community to increase awareness in the following
    but not limited to:
    - Local businesses
    - Schools
    - Fundraiser events
    - Panda Cares events
    - Public Relations

    Promote Catering in the following but not limited to:
    - Local business food drops
    - Big box retail
    - Offices
    - Retail
    Coordinate In-store Sampling programs

    Additional Expectations:
    - Specific hours vary and may include nights & weekends
    - Use of a personal vehicle is required for community related work with
    reimbursement for mileage.
    - Must be articulate and possesses strong communication skills, necessary to
    provide exceptional customer service and follow-up; outgoing, friendly nature.
    - Attention to detail and creative thinking
    - Outside sales or previous marketing experience a plus

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    - 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing or restaurant
    operations.
    - Excellent customer service skills; outgoing, friendly personality a plus
    - Ability to multi-task.
    - Effective written and oral communication skills.
