Position — Paralegal

A rapidly growing civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, CA seeks a professional who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail paired with a sense of urgency to meet pressing deadlines. Superior organization, written and verbal communication skills with the knowledge of local court rules are mandatory for this position. The applicant must have the ability to work independently with knowledge of ethical and legal parameters. Only the best of the best need apply.

Essential Requirements:
• 10 + years’ litigation support experience required.
• Intimate knowledge of legal principles and practices.
• Drafts correspondence and a variety of legal documents.
• Experience in assembly and filing of pleadings and motions.
• Highly organized for scheduling hearings, depositions and maintaining calendar.
• Experience in consumer products is a plus.
• Expert at Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• BS or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school preferred.
