Assistant Community Night Manager
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Community Night Manager for a large Apartment Community in Panorama City.
29-30 hours per week. Working weekends is required. Flexability is a must.
Friday: 9:00PM to 2AM; Saturday: 9:00PM to 5:30AM; Sunday: 8 or 9PM to 4:30AM; and Monday 9:00PM to 5:30AM
Requirements:
Position requires at least 1 year experience in on-site property management or security/law enforcement.
Must be bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:
Provides a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.
Maintains positive customer service attitude.
Maintains compliance of property rules and regulations, communicating with Residents, Community Manager and local Fire Dept/Law Enforcements when necessary.
Responds to resident concerns/emergency calls as applicable.
Physically walks and inspects community on a regular basis; check on vacant apartments to ensure they are locked up, lights out, etc.; looks for safety issues or potential liabilities. Notes and reports all lights out to community manager. Walks stairwells.
Reports all liability and community incidents to the Community Manager/Corporate Office immediately. Fills out incident reports pertaining to incidents.
Completes pertinent safety checklists as requested periodically.
Monitors and coordinates with maintenance activities as directed.
