Per Diem OTR position for skilled nursing facility.

Looking for OTR who want to work at a state of the art SNF in a beatiful setting. This position is a per diem position and involves performing evaluations and providing treatment plans for COTA to follow. Periodic supervison of treating COTA’s, weekly summaries and discharge documentation according to medicare guidlines.
