Legal Counsel for national asset recovery agency with headquarters in Thousand Oaks, CA, seeks experienced post-judgment clerks. Candidate must have experience in post-judgment execution, including but not limited to preparation and filing of writs, bank levies, wage garnishments, subpoena process, abstracts, SOJs, etc. Candidate must also be able to work independently and be able to handle a large case load.
