Immediate opening – West Los Angeles based Consumer Electronics manufacturer of family-oriented lifestyle products is searching for a full time Product Coordinator. This is a small company with a big footprint, primarily in the infant/ child sector with a reach to mobile moms: we all wear many hats around here, including participation as exhibitors in trade shows. Products span digital thermometers, wireless baby monitors, mobile smart-phone speakers and portable LED lighting for nursery. Candidate must be able to demonstrate success in:

1. Spreadsheet analytics: forecasting, inventory levels for 50 products and major store and online retailers
2. Product purchasing, setup, production, shipping & arrival timelines
3. Product cost control
4. Inventory & Warehouse involvement
5. Import & Export product clearance and compliance — i.e. US Customs
6. Coordination with other internal departments (sales, marketing, accounting, shipping)
7. Retailer Relations: product setup for mass retailers (Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, Toys R Us)
8. Coordination with major retailers’ shipments, inventory control, reporting, returns, order processing

Skills
• 5+ years previous experience
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Microsoft Office / PC literate, Expert in Excel
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail, follow-up and a self-starter
• Goal oriented and a people person
• Positive & enthusiastic
• Knowledge of Great Plains Software system a PLUS
• Factory coordination, negotiations skills with multiple Asian factories a PLUS

Candidate must be able to commute reliably within a reasonable distance to West Los Angeles
