Online Retail Company is actively seeking a Product Manager. In this position, you will work alongside a cross-functional team of engineers, Q/A, merchandising and marketing professionals to execute a production and marketing plan that is consistent with this company’s product priorities and goals. This position requires excellent organization, communication and project management skills, including a strong sense of time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This person will maintain open lines of communication with all team members regarding project developments by facilitating meetings, giving presentations and keeping up-to-date reports. This position is responsible for managing web enhancements and project plans; candidates must be able to perform market research and present a comprehensive analysis of research findings.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree or relevant work experience
• Available to work overtime as needed to meet project goals
• Data analysis and data modeling experience
• Excellent ability to conduct independent consumer research and prepare accurate reports
• In-depth knowledge of business theory, processes and operations
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and maintain positive communication
• Strong project management skills to coordinate project details, delegate assignments and meet deadlines
