Production and Sourcing Associate (Wholesale – Simi Valley)
 

 
Position Summary:
 
The Production and Sourcing Associate manages the creation and production of all products for Araca’s wholesale accounts and reports directly to Araca’s Director of Operations. The PSA works out of Araca’s West coast facility in Simi Valley, CA.
 

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
• Manage the approval and design processes for proposed and approved products
 
• Identify domestic and international vendors to maximize profitability
 
• Work with vendors to ensure conformity with product specifications, quality and production timelines
 
• Work with Araca’s Sales and Inventory teams to develop pricing and order quantities for each client account
 
• Develop and manage account budgets
 

 
Required qualifications and other information
 
• 2-3 years relevant business experience in product sourcing
 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
 
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
 
• Self-motivated
 
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced and creative environment
 
• Familiarity with ESP a plus
 
• Familiarity with Excel a plus
