SNUGTOP is the West Coast’s premier truck top manufacturer. Based out of Long Beach, we have a few great opportunities for production workers with leadership skills. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn how to make high quality SNUGTOP products. Prior experience in fiberglass, lamination, manufacturing/assembly, paint prep, or automotive paint is most helpful. These positions are offered on a full-time basis and include benefits.

Interested candidates must be able to read and write English, perform basic math calculations, and possess strong leadership skills. Bilingual Spanish and prior fiberglass experience is a huge plus. A criminal background check and pre-employment physical/drug screen will also be required prior to the candidate’s start date. These positions have a 50 lb. lifting requirement.

SNUGTOP is located at 1711 Harbor Ave., Long Beach, CA 90813. We are located near the 710 freeway at PCH. SNUGTOP operates on a 4-10 work schedule (a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts) which runs from Monday – Thursday.
