REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES MUST HAVE
Minimum 3 years of On Site Resident Management Experience,
Excellent Leasing Skills,
Working Phone, Fax, and Computer,
(For office contact, General Contract and Posting Ads online),
Excellent Leasing Skills,
Valid Driver’s Licence

MUST BE:
Bi-Lingual in Written and Spoken English and Spanish,
Know how to Retain Good Tenants,
Honest and Motivated with strong work ethic,
Familiar with Fair Housing Laws
Available and Flexible to show vacant units as needed: Days, Evenings and Week-ends,
Available to conduct Open Houses,
