We are looking for a bi-lingual, community manager with specific expertise in managing and growing Hispanic online communities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing the Facebook, Twitter and You Tube accounts for a brand or consumer product with a strong Hispanic following and consumership. Experience with social media outreach to bloggers, influencers and other media outlets is a plus.

• Experience using and communicating in social networks, blogs, and content sharing communities including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.
• Possess strong Spanish and English writing skills and be able to provide samples of previous work.
• Be comfortable speaking with corporate clients and attending company and client meetings and/or conference calls.
• Be an effective online communicator with the ability to serve as the voice of the social network and brand.
• Be a quick learner, able to take the reins on a project with limited guidance.
• Be energetic, with the desire to interact with others both online and offline.

The project work will be approximately 8-12 hours per week on an ongoing basis with the potential to increase over time, and you must be available to start immediately.
