Records Clerk (Century City)

The global law firm of K&L Gates LLP seeks a Records Clerk for its Los Angeles office. This position will be responsible for maintaining and updating the firm’s client files.
Responsibilities may include:
Legal document indexing
Daily loose filing
Daily pick ups
File creations
Offsite storage
Reception relief and office services assistance
Other duties as assignedQualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years filing experience with an advanced knowledge of indexing pleadings. Experience with LegalKey is preferred. Excellent organization and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail. Dependability and punctuality. The ability to multitask efficiently and expeditiously in a fast-paced environment while exercising sound judgment. Positive, professional attitude and the willingness to work hard and proactively take on responsibility. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Work Hours: Monday — Friday, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm PST
