Caldera Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling implantable grafts into the Gynecology, Urology and Urogynecology surgical markets. Caldera has been marketing implants for stress urinary incontinence since 2003. Caldera recently launched its Ascend® family of implants for pelvic floor reconstruction. Caldera also markets Desara®, which is a synthetic mesh graft for stress urinary incontinence. In addition, Caldera has a robust pipeline of new products that will be launched in the next 18 months.
 

 
Caldera currently has 30 direct Territory Managers in the United States while aggressively recruiting to grow the sales force to 100+ TM’s in the next 12 months. Caldera is seeking a talented Recruiter to help fill our Territory Manager positions across the whole of the United States. The selected candidate will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Agoura Hills, CA.
 

 
Scope of Position:
 

 
This position will require high volume/high touch recruiting. The Recruiter will identify qualified incoming resumes and should be speaking with an average of 8-10 candidates per day.
 

 
Qualifications:
 

 
Minimum 4 years of Recruiting experience preferably recruiting Sales Professionals .
 
Successful track record of consistently meeting defined recruiting goals.
 
Ability to rapidly grow an organization.
 
Start-up experience.
 
Strong closing abilities.
 
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
 
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required.
 
Ability to work with or without an ATS
 
Demonstrated skills to implement team-based involvement while driving goals.
 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
