Cbeyond – LA/OC is adding to the Recruiting team and looking for a qualified Recruiter! This is a heavy sourcing, phone screening and face to face interviewing position. This is an incredily fast paced environment.Responsibilities:
• Pre-screen candidates using a number of assessment in order to match their skills and qualifications with job openings
• Develop branding strategy and employee value proposition to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates; extensively screen candidates for sales associate positions in the designated branch office.
• Manage outside recruitment firms
• Work with Regional Recruiting Manager to manage and facilitate overall recruiting and hiring process:
o Source candidates on own or from outside recruiter
o Contact Candidate for initial phone screen
o Evaluate Candidate to determine whether or not to move them forward in the process
o Schedule Online Assessment
o Evaluate Candidate’s assessment
o Schedule In Person Interview
o Evaluate and Conduct first interview with Candidate
o Coordinate and Schedule Territory Sales Manager or Market Director interview
o Schedule and Coordinate Field Ride
o Collect MVR and Background Check information
Manage the progression of the sales trainees throughout Cbeyond University on boarding process
• Maintain positive contact with Sales Reps to recognize their achievements
• Be visible/accessible in Branch
• Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates
• Manage monthly staffing reports
• Develop and maintain appropriate standards for sales rep selections.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and that EEO objectives are consistently and uniformly applied.
• Monitor Field Ride certified repsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in sales and staffing areas: recruitment, staffing, employment law, sales rep requirements. Current experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting
• A minimum of two years recruiting experience; with a minimum of one year experience in sales
• Knowledge of entry level sales positions, sales process and requirements, including prior sales experience.
• Strong Organizational and project management skills.
• Must be customer focused with excellent human relations, decision making, analytical, presentation skills, and oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computer software systems; Internet, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature and work in a cross functional environment. Possess a sense of urgency.
• Must foster a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast- paced high stress sales environmentThis is a contract position through the end of the year. At that point, the position will be evaluated as possible full time headcount (possibly in our Anaheim location) or continue forward with contract based on the needs of the organization.
