Global Professional Services Firm with thriving LA offices is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. We are dedicated to finding a personable self-starter who will infuse energy and enthusiasm into our on-campus recruiting initiatives and direct our new hire process. The person who fills this position will act as an ambassador to school personnel and coordinate logistics regarding meetings, interviews and events. You will work closely with our dynamic recruiting staff to facilitate candidate selection and solidify all details regarding internship and diversity programs. This position involves challenging and rewarding projects that allow you to engage with the “best and the brightest” and play a key role in this firm’s rapid growth.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Excellent communication skills to express this firm’s culture, values and goals
• Positive, team-oriented mentality and a collaborative approach
• Discretion, sensitivity and sound judgment in regards to confidential information
• Proven ability to organize and execute long-term projects
• Strong knowledge of computers and MS Office Suite
