Los Angeles based Internet Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a Recruiting Researcher to support our recruiting effort by sourcing qualified candidates for our open positions.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a smart, capable college student who is interested in human resources and recruiting. The internship is part-time, and we prefer candidates who are able work at least 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
* Mine for resumes using resume databases and other tools.
* Review and filter incoming resumes.
* Research new sources for candidates.
* Contact and administer screening tests to candidates as needed.Qualifications:
* Must be extremely internet savvy.
* Previous experience doing research on the web is a plus.
* Smart self-starter who takes initiative.
* Super organized and detail oriented.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* High energy, positive attitude.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
