IMT Residential is a leading, nationwide multi-family residential investment and property management firm headquartered in Sherman Oaks, California. We’re a rapidly growing company with a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate.

The California Regional Manager is responsible for all operations and financial aspects of an assigned portfolio of properties under 40 units within the San Fernando Valley area.

Principal Tasks
- The position supervises all on-site personnel in the leasing and maintenance areas of each assigned property.
- Maximizes revenue through maintaining property standards by working closely with Resident Managers and assisting in the management of the community in the areas of personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance.
- Results are achieved through initiative and strategies that promote the achievement of optimum performance by the properties within the portfolio as defined by the Company or Property Owner.
- Monitors the curb appeal and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Capable of exercising independent judgment on a continual basis with all levels of internal and external customers.
- Working knowledge and understanding of all financial aspect of apartment management, related general maintenance and landscaping issues, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our residents; handle resident complaints as necessary.
- Ensure IMT’s high quality standards are achieved.
- Assist corporate personnel with reports and research.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees.
- Customer service oriented. Bilingual skills a plus.
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Efficient problem solving skills including the ability to be resourceful.
- Project management skills, multi-tasking is a must.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field is desired.
- 3-5 years management experience within the multi-housing industry.
- MS Office and MRI preferred.
