We are an established residential appraisal company located in Los Angeles.

We are looking for a licensed or certified residential appraiser. (AL~AR)

Trainees are acceptable, but must have experience.

Experience with ACI software is a plus.

Fee-split basis; 40-60% based on experienced.

Our fees range from $325 to $450 for a standard 1004/1073 and $475 to $700 for a standard 1025.
